Die Presse schlaeft - MAZEDONIEN bekommt ein neues Justizsystem - Arme Mazedonier - past auf Euch auf!
Wie alle Ex-Kommunistischen LÄnder braucht auch Mazedonien ein neues Justiz System. Man sieht die Folgen in Rumänien und Bulgarien wo Kriminelle sich in die Politik einkaufen und jede Art von Reform verhindern, genauso wie die Oppositons Parteien in Albanien.
MIt Reform werden die Straf Taten krimineller Politiker verfolgt und deshalb miss die Justiz unabhängig sein, was im übrigen in Deutschland leider auch nicht ist.
Macedonia’s political leaders agree on Judicial Council nominee

SKOPJE, Macedonia — Leaders of the ruling collation and the opposition agreed on a nominee to fill the vacant seat in the Judicial Council at a meeting Thursday (December 13th) in parliament. President Branko Crvenkovski’s choice, Naser Ahmetagic, won support from the ruling VMRO-DPMNE, the Social Democratic Alliance for Macedonia, the Democratic Union of Integration and the Democratic Party of Albanians. Formation of the Judicial Council was one of the main conditions imposed by NATO and the EU in regards to Macedonia’s integration bids.
Also Tuesday, KFOR Commander Xavier Bout de Marnhac met with Defence Minister Lazar Elenovski in Skopje and assured him that the situation in Kosovo is stable and secure, ahead of a decision on final status. Es geht aber Nichts weiter mit diesem Jusitz Aufbau!
Wo die Deutschen halt herum gewurstelt hatten, mit Justiz Aufbau wie auch in Albanien sind nur Kriminelle an die Macht gebracht worden genauso wie in Afghanistan und im Kosovo!
Die Sprüche dieser Deutschen Politiker wie u.a. von Joschka und anderen Dumm Schwätzern sind mehr wie peinlich! Und diese kriminellen Deutschen Aufbau Schwadronen finanziert der Steuerzahler und die BMZ und GTZ unterschlagen gezielt mit Lobby Verbänden die gesamten Gelder.
Debt collection agency legality and ethics questioned in Macedonia

Macedonian companies who are unable to collect debts from customers have begun to use collection agencies. Debtors, however, complain of pressure tactics, maltreatment and coercion.

Due to the notorious inefficiency of the courts and the judicial system in Macedonia, some firms are seeking assistance from collection agencies when they are unable to collect debts from private citizens. While proprietary law experts believe debt collection is a “racket” that is questionable legally and ethically, the agencies claim they adhere to the law for obligatory relations, which regulates issues regarding contracts.
According to collection agency officials, the moment the debtor starts a telephone conversation, he is consenting to negotiate. Debtors, however, are disturbed by the pressure tactics and incessant, strategically timed calls. “Agents call early mornings on weekends, when they are sure we are home, but asleep,” said 48-year-old Blagoja Stojanovski, a married father of three.
“They introduce themselves only by name and if we aren’t at home, they ask our children for our mobile phone numbers. They even ask them where we work. I believe it’s child maltreatment and coercive extortion of private information,” he said.
Central heating provider Skopje-Sever Director Dragan Mekanigiev has used collection agencies when clients have not paid their bills. “We have hired two debt collection agencies for certain periods of time and paid them based on their success rate,” he said.

Die haben wohl etwas schräge Vorstellung wie man NATO Mitglied wird. Aber es dürfte der einzige Weg sein um die kriminellen Clans in Nord-West Mazedonien zumindest etwas zu kontrollieren

Eingetlich funktioniert doch wirklich Nichts, wenn die dummen ausl. Consults und Politischen Berater auftauchen! Diese Leute haben als einziges oft nur Politik, Soziologie und anderen Unfug wie Literatur studiert, aber ein Partei Buch eben und zocken dann 10.000 Euro pro Monat fuer nonens Beratungen und Studien ab.
